Site addition (form creation)
Login to your account on sxForm.com. On your account you will see the list of your sites and the form of new site addition.
Some fields may seem unknown to you, and now you will get to know them in turn.
Check Traders Alexa Rank – is one of the filters protecting you from cheaters, and the essence of it is that if Alexa Rank (www.alexa.com) of your potential trader for the last 3 month is higher than X meaning, this trader will get to the list of declined traders. Meaning X which has been mentioned above, may be of some definite meaning “Alexa Rank must be lower than”(Example: 3000, 50300, 1000100) or the meaning can change and be equal to Alexa Rank of your site “lower than my site”. In that case according to the development of your site you may accept traders which are similar to you or even better and all trifles will be sieved.
Check Traders on CheaterHell – is a filter of trader check into the cheater base cheaterhell.com. If the trader exists in the base he will be refused in the trade and you will be able to see him in the declined list.

Don't trade with .info domains
Don't trade with Subdomains
If these filters are active, then those traders who’ve got their domains registered on ESTDOMAINS, INC; who have got illegal TM3 installed; who have got DTR rotator installed; who have got domains on .info zone; whose site is on a subdomain, will be refused in trade.
ANY OF AVAILABLE AT THIS MOMENT FILTERS MAY BE ACTIVATED OR NOT. FOR EVERY SITE SEPARATELY!
Enable "Force Enquiry" form – this option will add on your trade page "Force Enquiry" form. In other words, the trader which already trades with you may complete the form, and if you accept it, you can mutually exchange forces.

How many hits must send trader to prove that he is the owner of this site and to let you check his productivity - In this field it should be indicated how many hits the user who have passed through all the filters must send to prove that he is a real owner of the site and to let you check his productivity. (Example: 50, 100, 1000)
Enable "Trade with my other sites" option – If you’ve got more than one site, then you’ll come across this option, on the page of trade registration in the menu "Trade with my other sites" those sites which you indicate in the field will appear.

After the form has been added, you may enter Edit/Rules to switch on/switch off filters and add your additional rules for traders.
In the field "Your sites" in your account you will see the site which has been just added and the link to the trade registration form.
Add the link from from your site to this form.
***Recommendations Close your old trade registration form, to avoid cheaters intrusion your trade list for sure.

Operations with the internal mail.
Internal mail is necessary for you to get messages as for those traders who have been successfully registered and about those who haven’t passed the check. Also you’ll get messages as from the contact form and the form of force inquiry on your internal mail. Every new site has its own mail where the messages as for this site are kept. As far as you get a message you make a decision and answer the trader. For example, you’ve got a message you have a new trader, then you check him according to your criteria (skim, other cheater base) and look if there are hits from him. If there are, then you may add him to your trade list and activate the trade. If you’ve got any questions and decide to refuse the trade, then inform the trader for him not to waste his time and traffic on your site. If you’ve got a message that the trader haven’t passed through some filters but still you want to trade with him, you may contact him and setup the trade.
